Rick and Tiffany Greenman are both Natives of Gladwin. Rick graduated in 2008 and Tiffany graduated in 2007. After high school they got married, he joined the United States Army as a Military Police Officer and she worked as a veterinary assistant. Rick served at Ft Meyer, VA where he was a member of the Presidential Honor Guard and Ft Bliss, TX as a senior Desk Sgt. After getting out of the military the Greenmans moved back to Michigan. They settled down in Gaylord and had their first child in 2014. Rick pursued a career in corrections and Tiffany enrolled in Kirtland's cardiac sonography program. In 2016, the prison Rick was working at was slated for closure. The Greenman's sold their house and moved back to Gladwin for the second time since leaving the military, not knowing what life had in store for them. In August 2016 Rick walked into Big Gym, caught up on life with the owners and they jokingly told him, “this could all be yours". He didnt take it as a joke though. Rick started working out in this gym at 14 years old and always said he would own it one day. A few months later the purchase was finalized and Forge Fitness was born.
