THE REAL CHALLENGE
Today is the first day of the rest of your life and everything you have done to this point has prepared you for this day, and the next and so forth. Your Challenge is to continue doing each of the small weekly challenges that were set before you over the last 3 months. Continue to push yourself, challenge yourself and test yourself. Keep track of your progress through your journal and share with the progress that you continue to make with your friends. Fitness
ROME WASN’T BUILT IN A DAY…
Goals are beneficial in every aspect of your life, but a goal without a plan is just a wish and as said by Ben Franklin, when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Far too often, people walk into the gym with no plan, or at the most a very vague goal like “I want to lose weight”. Without a specific goal, vision or a defined reason that you are doing what you are doing, it becomes very easy to get lost and discouraged. You will want to see results but won’t even know what type of results you are looking for. Do you want to lose fat? How many pounds? By what date? Are you keeping track of body measurements? Tracking how many inches you have lost from your waist? It’s easy to get discouraged and
STOP TRYING TO BE SOMEBODY ELSE.
As humans we have a tendency to succumb to competitive pressures. You see someone in town or at the gym that you think is skinnier than you, healthier than you, happier than you blah blah blah…. Stop comparing yourself to those other people, your story is your’s alone. No one else has been where you have been and gone through what you
