If You Eat for Comfort, Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable
Comfort eating, or stress eating may seem like a good idea at times. Eating something that lowers stress levels and comforts you can seem to benefit you short term, but letting this action become a habit will ultimately sabotage your weight loss goals. Especially if you are stressed about being overweight, it’s a vicious cycle that only ends in more weight gain and disappointment.
